Our Policies 

Shipping

We offer three ways for you to receive your products.

  1. Flat rate shipping for $8.00 (ships out within 3-4 business days) on all products.

  2. Free shipping on all orders over $45.

  3. Local delivery in the Orem, UT area and surrounding areas within 15 miles of Orem (delivery within 3-4 business days).  We will contact you via email and/or text regarding a public meeting place (which we agree upon) once your items are ready.  It is your responsibility to respond to us in a timely manner (preferred within 24 hours), otherwise you will not receive your purchase within the 3-4 business days timeframe.  We will attempt to contact you three times, after which it will be your responsibility to make contact with us.  If we do not hear back from you, we will keep your items and will deliver them once you contact us.  NO REFUNDS will be offered due to lack of response on your part.

Liability is not accepted for any delays in shipping or damages incurred during transit.

Returns and Refunds

All sales made from Catch The Bug Creations are final and generally non-refundable.  This policy applies to all products and services purchased.  

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If a product is received damaged or is defective, you may be eligible for an exchange or repair (but not a refund). Contact us within three days of receipt to initiate the process. 

  • Sale Items: Sale items are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in cases of defective or damaged products. 

  • Subscription Services:  Generally non-refundable, please contact us directly for case-by-case basis.

  • Gift Cards: These are non-refundable.

  • Digital Products:  All digital products are non-refundable.

Rescheduling/Cancellations

We understand that life happens, and we strive to be as flexible as possible. However, to be fair to our team and other clients, we require at least 24 hour notice for cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a service fee of $15.00.  

To cancel or reschedule a class/workshop, please contact us by phone, text, or email. 

We are happy to offer rescheduling options such as putting your payment towards another class/workshop. We will do our best to accommodate.

Automatic Payments and Monthly Subscriptions

1. Authorization:

  • By opting for automatic payments, you authorize Catch The Bug Creations to debit your designated payment method (credit/debit card, bank account) for recurring payments as outlined.

  • You confirm that you are the authorized user of the payment method and have the right to authorize these transactions. 

2. Payment Details:

  • Frequency: Payments will be processed monthly on the day of the month that you subscribe.

  • Amount: The payment amount will be $20/month.

  • Payment Method: You can select your preferred payment method (credit/debit card, bank account) during the signup process or in your account settings.

3. Payment Failures:

  • If a payment fails, we will attempt to process the payment again.

  • We will notify you via email if a payment fails.

  • You are responsible for ensuring that your payment method has sufficient funds or is valid.

  • f multiple payment failures occur, your subscription may be suspended or canceled.

4. Cancellations:

  • You can cancel your subscription by logging into your account, or by contacting our customer support email CatchTheBugCreations@gmail.com.

  • Cancellations are effective immediately upon receipt of your cancellation request.

5. Changes to Payment Method:  

  • You can update your payment method in your account settings at any time.

  • Changes to your payment method will be effective for the next scheduled payment date.

  • We recommend updating your payment method before the next scheduled payment date to avoid any payment failures.
